  • vertical roller mill The motor brings the grinding plate into rotating in constant speed through speed reducer, and the materials enter into mill through airproof valve and discharging chute and then accumulate on the center of grinding plate. The centrifugal force generated from the rotation of grinding plate uniformly scatters and flattens the materials outwards the surrounding area of grinding plate, to forms a certain thick layer of materials bed, which is sent into the roller table between grinding roller and grinding plate. With the effection of hydraulic device and pressuring mechanism, the grinding roller puts pressure on the materials in the roller table. After being ground, cut and crushed in the roller table, the materials move to the edge of grinding plate until overflowing the dam ring of grinding plate. At the same time, the bottom-up hot air from the vane gives suspension drying to the materials off the grinding plate, and sends the materials after grinding to the static and dynamic combination type powder concentrator on the upper part of mill for separation. The qualified are brought out of the mill along with air, and then are collected as finished products; while the unqualified coarse powder is delivered to the grinding plate again for regrinding together with the materials being fed.
